tkbzi Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the tkbzi platform and all services included within it. By accessing the tkbzi website, mobile interface or any other channel to use our services, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

These Terms have been prepared in English for users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity arising from translation, the original Bengali version shall take precedence.

tkbzi reserves the right to change, modify or cancel any part of these Terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Updated Terms take effect from the moment they are published on the website, and continued access to the platform after that point will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To use tkbzi services, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• The applicant must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older.
• A valid and active mobile number and email address are required.
• You must be able to provide your identity and personal information accurately.
• You must have full legal capacity to manage your own account.

Opening or operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited. If such a case is confirmed, the relevant account will be permanently closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") are prohibited. If more than one account is found under the same person's name, on the same device or from the same IP address, all accounts may be closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, email and payment details — must be completely truthful, accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will be considered a violation of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

• Do not allow third parties to access your account.
• Use a strong, unique password.
• End your session when logged in on a public or shared device.
• Changing your password regularly is recommended.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkbzi currently accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 per method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if additional verification is required.

4.4 Ownership Condition

The payment method used on the account must be registered in the user's own name. Using a third party's account or payment method is prohibited. If such a case is identified, the relevant transaction may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. No bonus exceeding ৳8,000 will be given under any circumstances.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to each bonus. This means no funds from that bonus can be withdrawn until bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount have been completed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — please read the offer details carefully.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• tkbzi reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the bonus may be cancelled and any associated winnings forfeited.

5.4 VIP Program

The tkbzi VIP program has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. As you move to higher tiers, the weekly cashback rate increases (up to a maximum of 1.5%). VIP tier benefits may change at tkbzi's discretion.

6 Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play

tkbzi believes in fair play. All games are conducted honestly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer process without any third-party interference.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to server problems, internet disruption or any other technical fault, tkbzi will make every effort to ensure the user's interests are not harmed. However, tkbzi will not be held liable for issues caused by network or device problems.

6.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and market. Additional game-specific restrictions may apply when placing bets using bonus balance.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in serious action if identified:

• Money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to play games.
• Hacking an account or attempting unauthorised access to another person's account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Submitting false identification or documents.
• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Harassing other users or behaving inappropriately on the tkbzi platform.
• Using the tkbzi name, logo or identity to deceive third parties.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Suspension or Closure by tkbzi

tkbzi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority.
• Extended inactivity of the account.
• Failure to verify age or identity.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

Any user may request the closure of their account at any time. Please contact the support team via live chat or email to do so. The opportunity to withdraw the balance will be provided before the account is closed, subject to verification.
